We offer free delivery on all UK orders with no minimum spend.

Delivery Method

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail / Post Office services or an equivalent UK postal carrier.

Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are dispatched the same working day.
• Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery Times

• Standard delivery time is 48 hours (2 working days) from the time of dispatch.
• Delivery times may be longer during busy periods, postal strikes, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Most orders are sent via standard postal services and may not include tracking.
If a tracked service is used, tracking details will be provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect address details.
